R/T card

 The R/T card interfaces to the Base Band card through the J15 connector and to
the P.A. card through the radio frequency MCX J11, J12 and J13 connectors. The
circuits that make up the R/T card are divided into functional subassemblies
contained in a metallic structure that is divided into sectors.

 The R/T card printed circuit has its components distributed on a single side and it
is made up of eight layers.

 The printed circuit’s surface is sectioned into seventeen blocks separated by a
gold-plated copper strip discharged by the solder.

 The arrangement of the R/T card sectors is shown in Fig. 2.7.
