Kinetic

With method 54 Kinetic it is possible to describe the time dependency of a reaction (e.g. time
of colour development). The maximum number of measuring points is 199 with an interval
time of 6 to 999 seconds. Concentrations of unknown samples can be calculated by a known
factor. The factor calculation is placed right before the sample measurement. To evaluate the
factor the slope of a best fit straight line through the measured Absorbance values is used.
For future measurements the factor can be entered by an option. If the sample concentration
is not of interest the factor shall be entered with one.

Attention:

If many points in short time intervals are measured a heating of the vial is

possible!
