Material stop
Insert the guide rod into
the location hole.
Clamp the motion rod with
the front clamp screw.
Mount the material stop
on the limit stop fixture
and clamp it using the
clamping screw.
Adjust the position of the
guide rod in the seat hole
using the scale by means
of the clearance between
the depth stop and the
saw blade.

Cleaning and lubricating
Remove the anti-corrosive agents on the metal belt saw which had been applied for trans-
portation and storage. Therefore, we recommend you to use paraffin.
Do not use any solvents, thinner or other cleaning agents which could corrode the varnish
on the metal belt saw. Observe the indications and notes of the manufacturer for cleaning
agents.
Oil all blank machine parts using an acid-free lubricating oil.
Grease the metal belt saw according to the lubrication chart.
3.2.8
Top up hydraulic oil
The metal band saw is delivered without hydraulic oil.
Fill the tank of the hydraulic unit with a standard
hydraulic oil via the filling opening.
