5.3 Recommended operating materials
5.4 Cleaning

Blow out all ventilation ducts with dry compressed air at regular intervals. Wear protective
goggles.

To wipe up lubricants, please use an absorbent, lint-free cloth.

All plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.

Never use solvents to clean plastic parts. The surface might etch and subsequent dama-
ges might result hereof.
It is recommended to have the machine thoroughly cleaned and checked once a year by an
admitted service company.
5.5 Repair
5.5.1 Customer service technician
For any repair work request the assistance of an authorised customer service technician. Con-
tact your specialist dealer if you do not have the customer service contact details for or contact
Stürmer Maschinen GmbH in Germany who can provide you with the contact information of a

Readjusting
The saw bow joint is factory set and should not need to
be changed. If inclined sections occur which cannot be
eliminated by adjusting the saw blade guide as descri-
bed under

Saw band guides Readjust on page 44,
the joint can be readjusted to the required angle.
