6-3 Troubleshooting
If an error occurs in the machinery, determine the error conditions from the alarm indicators and
operating status, identify the cause of the error, and take appropriate countermeasures.

Rewire correctly.

exceeds a rate of 4,500 rpm.

command pulses are

effective torque exceeding the rated
torque, within the electronic thermal
function’s operation range.
Re-evaluate the load conditions
and conditions, or re-evaluate the
Servomotor capacity.
Power supply voltage dropped.
Keep the power supply voltage
within the allowed range.
