Connecting a Printer

Recommended connection cable

The following connection cable is recommended.

NT-CNT121 connection cable (1.5 m, 20-pin to 36-pin)

Recommended printer

EPSON ESC/P Printer (24-pin), Color or Monochrome

HP Printer, Monochrome

If using other printer, such printer should conform to ESC/P 24-J81, which is the
printer control standard of Epson.

If using an HP printer, make sure that it conforms to the “PCL5” standard.

When using a monochrome printer with an NT620S/620C, set “ESC/P TONE”
with the NT620S/620C memory switches (see page 89).
