The servomotor wiring is
incorrect or connection is
faulty.
Correct the servomotor main
circuit cable wiring.

The SERVOPACK is faulty.
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
• Contact your Omron
Yaskawa representative.

servomotor did not
run by the refer-
ence input.
The servomotor wiring is
incorrect or connection is
faulty.
Correct the servomotor main

The starting torque exceeds
the maximum torque.
Reconsider the load and oper-
ation conditions.
