To change the [DATE] under [DATE / TIME]: 

Move the [

] cursor to [DATE] and press the SET 

button or the [

] button. [Fig. 4]

Move the [

] cursor using the [

] button to select 

the item (day/month/year) under [SETTING VALUE] 
to change. [Fig. 5] 

Use the [

] buttons to change the setting value.
