Stimulation mode symbol is missing
or incomplete.
1. Switch the OML Remote OFF and
ensure all stimulators are on and
within range. Turn The OML Remote
back on after a few seconds.
2. If the above does not fix the issue,
switch OFF the stimulator(s) and
the OML Remote, switch stimulators
back ON and then the OML Remote.
3. Press the Channel Select button
to check if the symbol for stimulation
mode is visible.
Only one stimulator changes
stimulation mode.
1. The stimulator that is not
changing mode might not be
configured to have a compatible
stimulation mode (e.g. Exercise
mode is not enabled). Confirm with
your clinician if necessary.
2. Try repeating mode change by
pressing the Mode button a few
times.
3. Ensure that both stimulators are
turned ON.
4. Ensure that Airplane Mode is
disabled on the stimulator (refer to
the stimulator instruction manual).
