Machine Levelling
Once the foundation and positioning is done and electrical & pneumatical are re-connected (see
next description), proceed as follows:
- turn CW or CCW the levelling screws of the anti-vibration feet (see more photo below)
- Carry out the levelling operations of the machine both horizontally and transversely by adjusting
the screws of the feet (see description). Use a precision level to check flatness.
Place the precision level on the plane of the moulding (or on the upper mould, if the lower plane is
occupied by the mould) to adjust the most important station and the right part, and then, on the
plane of the cutting press to adjust the left part.
Turn the internal screw to level
machine. Use Hex key
