NOTE:
If the machine is in security exclusion mode, the manual movements are enabled only
pushed the reset button at the same time with the arrows for the direction shift.
You can use different adjustments and settings to achieve stacking of your products properly. You
will have to experiment to find the best settings and adjustment according to your products.
If you input bad parameters in the touch screen regarding the servo drive, you will see the
background changing color. System will show you with the new color which setting is not accepted
by the system.
Pay attention to adjust the working position of the Stacker without
crashing it with other mechanical system. Not doing so may result in
injuries and or damage to the system.
It is required to set the lower stacker position from the lower stacker video page. In this example,
the pusher pushes the pieces from the open position to stacking position, where the blades are
keeping the products magazine and lift the piles. The close position of the pusher, located at the
lower stacker, is the starting point to remove the shapes from the scrap film.
Note: The release, approach quotes and speeds have the same working philosophy of those that
are enplaned on the middle movement.
*Note: The travelling (trip) stacking value is the difference from the stacking position and the
closing position
