Point the endoscope at a clean, white surface (gauze, etc.) and press the

keyboard to perform white balance. Make sure that the distal end of the
endoscope is not exposed to strong extraneous light.

Using the remote control switch that is assigned to “W/B”

Assign the “W/B” function to one of the remote control switches on the
videoscope or camera head following the instructions given in Section 5.9,
“Remote control switches”.

Point the endoscope at a clean, white surface (gauze, etc.) and press the
remote control switch that is assigned to “W/B” for a few seconds. Make
sure that the distal end of the endoscope is not exposed to strong
extraneous light.

Using the keyboard (optional)
Point the endoscope at a clean, white surface (gauze, etc.) and press the “F1”
key and the “Shift” key on the keyboard simultaneously. Make sure that the distal
end of the endoscope is not exposed to strong extraneous light.
When the automatic white balance adjustment is complete, the display shown in
Figure 5.23 appears on the video monitor.
