L’azione di questi lavaggi, combinati con l’effetto
dell’addolcitore magnetico posto in alimentazione
dell’acqua, limitano la formazione di depositi di
calcare e allungando notevolmente i tempi di
intervallo tra una manutenzione e l’altra.
In fase di primo avviamento, il tecnico specializzato
dovrà procedere alle seguenti operazioni:
• Rilevare la durezza dell’acqua di rete con un
apposito test.
• Togliere tensione alla macchina tramite
l’apposito sezionatore di impianto.
• Rimuovere il pannello frontale della macchina
(B) per avere accesso al quadro elettrico.
• Tarare l’apposito potenziometro (P) sulla
durezza dell’acqua utilizzando la scala
graduata.
Consultare la tabella per determinare il
valore da regolare.
La sequenza del lavaggio prevede il seguente
funzionamento:
• Arresto della macchina
• Spegnimento della centralina a accensione
della spia di lavaggio
• Ciclo di lavaggio
• Riaccensione della centralina
• Partenza della macchina
Tutte le sequenze sopra riportate vengono
effettuate in automatico grazie ad una scheda
elettronica dedicata a questa funzione.

The action of these flushings, combined with
the effect of the magnetic softener placed on
the water inlet line, limit the formation of scale
deposits and lengthen considerably the intervals
between maintenance operations.
At first start-up, the specialised technician
will have to carry out the following operations:
• Measure the water hardness through a special
test.• Cut off the power supply to the machine
by means of the plant’s master switch.
• Remove the machine’s front panel (B) to gain
access to the electrical panel.
• Calibrate the potentiometer (P) according to
the water hardness, using the graduated scale.
Consult the table to determine the value for
the adjustment.
The flushing sequence comprises the following
steps:
• Machine stop
• The control unit is switched off and the flushing
warning light comes on
• Flushing cycle
• The control unit is switched on
• The machine starts
The above-described sequence is performed
automatically thanks to an electronic board dedi-
cated this particular function.
