4.4 PROTEZIONE ANTIGELO
I liquidi del circuito di utilizzo devono essere
compatibili con i materiali che compongono il
circuito idraulico della macchina.
Essi possono essere ad es. acqua o miscele di
acqua e glicole etilenico.
Si consiglia di aggiungere all’acqua degli additivi
chimici anticorrosivi e di operare con PH compre-
si fra 7 e 8.
Anche nel caso di miscele glicolate, l’uso di
additivi chimici appropriati (rivolgersi al fornitore
del glicole) è molto importante per proteggere
i materiali della macchina da possibili fenomeni
corrosivi causati dal degrado chimico cui il glicole
è soggetto.
Se i liquidi del circuito di utilizzo contengono
sostanze pericolose (come ad es. il glicole
etilenico) l’eventuale liquido fuoriuscito da una
zona di perdita deve essere raccolto perché
dannoso per l’ambiente. Inoltre, quando la
macchina non verrà più utilizzata, si dovrà
provvedere allo smaltimento dei liquidi pericolosi
affidandoli a ditte specializzate e autorizzate al
loro trattamento.
Anche se la minima temperatura ambiente di
esercizio è superiore a 0 °C, è possibile che
l’unità, durante i periodi di fermata nella stagione
fredda, si trovi in un ambiente la cui temperatura
è inferiore a 0 °C.
In questi casi se la macchina non viene svuotata
è necessario, per evitare la formazione di
ghiaccio, l’aggiunta di antigelo (glicole etilenico)
nelle seguenti percentuali:
Attenzione!
La protezione antigelo può essere attuata anche
seguendo le indicazioni del capitolo “SVUOTA-
MENTO DEL CIRCUITO ACQUA”.
4.4 ANTIFREEZE PROTECTION
The liquids of the use circuit must be compatible
with the materials which compose the hydraulic
circuit of the machine.
They can, for instance, water or mixtures of water
and ethylene glycol.
We recommend adding anticorrosive chemical
additives to the water and to operate with a PH
between 7 and 8.
Also in case of glycol-based mixtures, the use
of appropriate chemical additives (consult the
supplier of glycol) is very important to protect
the machine’s materials from possible corrosion
caused by the chemical degradation which glycol
is subject to.
If the liquids of the use circuit contain hazardous
substances (such as, for instance, ethylene
glycol) any leakage must be promptly cleaned
up, as it is harmful to the environment. Further-
more, if the machine is not going to be used
anymore in the future, it is necessary to arrange
for the disposal of hazardous liquids, entrusting a
specialised company, authorised to treat hazar-
dous materials, with such a task.
Even if the minimum working ambient tempera-
ture is above 0° Cs, it is possible that the unit,
during standstill periods in the cold season, is in
an environment where the temperature is lower
than 0 °C.
In these cases, if the machine is not emptied, it is
necessary to add antifreeze (ethylene glycol) in
order to avoid the formation of ice. The percenta-
ge of ethylene glycol must be the following:

The antifreeze protection can also be carried out
following the indications of the chapter entitled
“DRAINING THE WATER CIRCUIT”.
