Piegare con attenzione il tubo al centro secondo
il diagramma sottostante.
NON
piegare il tubo
più di 90 gradi o più di 3 volte.
Piegare il tubo con il pollice
min-radius 10cm (3,9")
6. Dopo aver collegato i tubi di rame all'unità
interna, avvolgere il cavo di alimentazione, il
cavo di segnale e le tubazioni insieme al nastro
di rilegatura.
NOTA NON intrecciare cavi di segnale con altri
fili. Durante l'aggregazione di questi elementi, non
intrecciare o accavallare il cavo del segnale con
altri cablaggi.
7 . Infilare questa tubazione attraverso il muro e
collegarla all'unità esterna.
8. Isolare tutte le tubazioni, comprese le valvole
dell'unità esterna.
9. Aprire le valvole di arresto dell'unità esterna
per avviare il flusso del refrigerante tra l'unità
interna ed esterna.
ATTENZIONE
Verificare che non vi sia alcuna perdita di
refrigerante dopo aver completato i lavori di
installazione. Se c'è una perdita di refrigerante,
ventilare immediatamente l'area ed evacuare
il sistema (fare riferimento alla sezione
Evacuazione dell’aria di questo manuale).

4. Remove PVC tape from ends of pipe when
ready to perform flaring work.
5. Clamp flare form on the end of the pipe. The
end of the pipe must extend beyond the flare
form.

7. Turn the handle of the flaring tool
clockwise until the pipe is fully flared. Flare
the pipe in accordance with the dimensions .

Step 4: Connect pipes
Connect the copper pipes to the indoor unit first,
then connect it to the outdoor unit. You should
first connect the low-pressure pipe, then the
high-pressure pipe.
1. When connecting the flare nuts, apply a thin
coat of refrigeration oil to the flared ends of
the pipes.
2. Align the center of the two pipes that you will
connect.

3. Tighten the flare nut as tightly as possible
by hand.
4. Using a spanner, grip the nut on the unit
tubing.
5. While firmly gripping the nut, use a torque
wrench to tighten the flare nut according to
the torque values in above table.
NOTE:
Use both a spanner and a torque
wrench when connecting or disconnecting
pipes to/from the unit.
CAUTION
•
Ensure to wrap insulation around the piping.
Direct contact with the bare piping may
result in burns or frostbite.
•
Make sure the pipe is properly connected.
Over tightening may damage the bell
mouth and under tightening may lead to
leakage.

8. Rimuovere l'utensile di svasatura e la forma di
svasatura, quindi ispezionare l'estremità del
tubo per le crepe e persino svasature.
Fase 4: Collegare le tubazioni
Collegare prima i tubi di rame all'unità interna,
quindi collegarlo all'unità esterna. Si dovrebbe
prima collegare il tubo di bassa pressione, quindi il
tubo ad alta pressione.
1. Quando si collegano i dadi di svasamento,
applicare un sottile strato di olio di
refrigerazione alle estremità svasate dei tubi.
2. Allineare il centro delle due tubazioni che
andranno a collegarsi.

3. Stringere il dado di svasamento il più
strettamente possibile a mano.
4. Utilizzando una chiave, stringere il dado sul
tubo dell'unità.
5. Dopo avere afferrato saldamente il dado,
utilizzare una chiave per stringere il dado di
svasamento in base ai valori di coppia nella
tabella di sopra.
NOTA:
Utilizzare sia una chiave di fissaggio che
una chiave inglese per collegare o scollegare i
tubi da/verso l'unità.
ATTENZIONE
• Assicurarsi di avvolgere l'isolamente intorno
alle tubazioni. Il contatto diretto con le
tubazioni nude può provocare ustioni o
assideramenti.
• Assicurarsi che il tubo sia collegato
correttamente.
Il restringimento può danneggiare la bocca
della campana e il serraggio può portare a
perdite.

7.6.4 - Step 4: Connect pipes
Connect the copper pipes to the indoor unit first then
connect it to the outdoor unit. You should first connect

to tighten the flare nut according to the torque
values in above table.
Use both a spanner and a torque wrench when connecting or disconnecting pipes to/from the
unit.
• Ensure to wrap insulation around the piping. Direct contact with the bare piping may result
in burns or frostbite.
• Make sure the pipe is properly connected.
Carefully bend the tubing in the middle
according to the diagram below. DO NOT
bend the tubing more than 90° or more than
3 times.
Bend the pipe using your hands.
6.
After connecting the copper pipes to the indoor
unit, wrap the power cable, signal cable and the
piping together with binding tape.
DO NOT intertwine signal cable with other wires.
