1. Enter the
Unit ID
.
2. Connect your mobile device to the data hub’s Wi-Fi network (instructions below).
3. Select
Local connection
as the connection method.
4. Connect the data hub to your home Wi-Fi network (instructions below).
5. Select
Cloud connection
as the connection method.

Once you have entered the
Unit ID
, the app will download the heat pump’s settings
onto your mobile device. When downloading data, your mobile device needs to be
connected to the internet. If required, download the settings beforehand in a location
where internet is available.
6.3.3 Local connection and cloud connection
If you select
Local & Cloud
as the connection method, the app will use either the local
Wi-Fi connection or an online connection depending on the situation.
A
Local connection
means that your mobile device connects directly to the data hub’s
wireless Wi-Fi network. The connection can be used inside your home near the heat
pump.
When you are away, a
Cloud connection
is used. Your mobile device will
communicate with the heat pump through the internet.
The Cloud connection can be used only if the heat pump’s data hub is connected to the
internet. Either connect a network cable to the heat pump’s WAN port or connect the
heat pump to your home Wi-Fi network.
