Corrective Measure

The scooping operation does not

stop though a screw is at the pick up

site.

・

The timer knob is not properly adjusted.

・

Readjust the timer knob.

The escaper operation does not stop

though a screw is at the pick up site.

・

The sensor does not detect a screw.

・

Readjust the voltage of the sensor.

A screw has fallen into the machine.

・

Take the cover off and remove the

screw.

The noise of the machine has

increased.

・

Adjustments of the vibrational

frequency and the amplitude volume

are unsuitable.

・

There is insufficient grease.

・

Adjust the vibrational frequency and

amplitude volume again.

・

Apply grease to the transport section.
