9.2.3 SAFETY DEVICES AND WORKING CONTROL
In order to understand the meaning and the proper use of all the controls of the machine it is
necessary to read Chapter 10.0 “Starting and using the Machine” carefully.
To carry out the control of the safety devices follow these instructions:

Connect the plug to the 32 A interblocked socket or switch on the machine by placing the
magneto-thermic switch with differential in 1 position .

Adjust to the maximum the distance between the plates by the control

Set to the minimum the closing time of the plates by the timer.

Set to the minimum the temperature of the plates by the thermostats pressing the button
Set twice and taking the adjusted temperature to 20°C by pressing the button Down.

Close the front interblocked movable hood.

Switch on the machine by positioning the button in 1 position.

Press the button and keep it pressed to control the lifting of the lower plate.

Open the front interblocked mobile hood and check that the plate stops at the moment of
opening. Consequently, by closing the hood the lower plate must go down and return to the
initial position.


WARNING : all the controls described in this chapter must be carried out by skilled
personnel, so, by the manufacturer’s or user’s personnel who has been trained and
authorized to carry out the servicing and the operation of the machine.
