8.4 ASSEMBLING THE MACHINE
When assembling the machine follow the instructions below:
 assemble the four pivoting wheels

under the support

of the machine paying attention
to assemble the two wheels equipped with mechanical lock in the front part of it;

lock the front wheels by the mechanical lock ;

remove the upper fixed protection of the machine;

sling the machine [3] by means of suitable ring [4] ;

lift the machine and place it on the support;

WARNING : For lifting operations refer
to the instructions indicated in 7.0
Chapter “Move and transport”.

fix the machine to the support by the 4
clamping screws;

release the drawers of the machine
support;

release the front interblocked movable hood
8.5 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The machine is supplied with the power supply
cable connected to the terminal board of the
electric panel, but without the plug (it is not
supplied). So, the user should provide and install
it.
In order to carry out the electrical connection
correctly proceed as follows:

Install the plug in the cable paying attention
to connect the different phases properly.

Connect the plug to the 32 A interblocked
socket and switch on the machine by
placing the magneto-thermic with
differential in 1 position .

Switch on the machine by placing the
button [6] in 1 position .

Press the push button and let the hood
down.
If the lower plate goes down it means that
the electrical connection is correct. If the
plate goes up instead of going down, follow
the instructions bellow:

Switch off the machine by placing the
button [6] in 0 position.

Cut off the power supply to the machine
placing the magneto-thermic switch with
differential in 0 position and unplugging it
from the interblocked 32 A socket.

Dismantle the plug and invert one wire of a
phase.
