10.3 Electrical connection of the outdoor unit

Remove the corner panel on the outdoor unit to gain
access to the electrical connections. (See page 37,
Disassembling the appliance casing)

Connect the outdoor unit earth cable to the corre-
sponding appliance connection on the terminal box.
To do this, use a 1.5-2.5 M5 ring terminal (blue).

Connect the outdoor unit supply to the corresponding
appliance connection on the terminal box.

Use an external power contactor to enable the
outdoor unit hardware to be shut down even if the
controller power supply fails.

Actuate the external power contactor using the con-
troller output WQA-ERR-SIG.
»
Connect the bus cable to the corresponding appli-
ance connection on the terminal box.
When laying the cables to the outdoor unit, ensure that no
water can flow into the protective sleeve.
10.4 LAN connection

Make sure you have a stable internet connection to
the heat pump.
