The print function 85
If required, change the sequence of the print files in the list of print files.
You can apply a template before you retrieve the print files (see ‘ Create and
use a template ’ on page 79 ). Remember that you must select the template
before you retrieve the print files.
Before you begin

Click on 'Start' .

Select the Océ Job SubmitIT application on the program list.
Retrieving the print files

Select a template for the print files, if required.

Click 'Add' on the 'File' menu.

Browse to the folder that contains the print files.

Select one or more of the required print files.

Click on 'Open' .
Note:
You can also add print files when you drag the files or folders from the
Windows® Explorer window or from another Océ Job SubmitIT window (see
‘Use several printers at the same time’ on page 84).
