Select the icon in the 'Original type' function box to define the orientation of
the information and the binding edge of the originals.

Press the start key .
Scanning a 11 x 17 original on the platen

Place and align the original face down on the platen.
Use the short-edge feed direction.

Select the 'Scan' mode .
The 'Workflow' section automatically opens.

Select a 'Scan profile' using the arrow keys .

Activate the 'Original' section.
Select '1-sided' in the 'Original' function box.

Select the icon in the 'Original type' function box to define the orientation of
the information of the original.

Activate the 'Digital document' section.
Make sure that the 'Page size' card is open.

Select the 11 x 17 size in the 'Size' function box.

If the required page size is not 11 x 17, adjust the enlargement or
