The copy function

121

Making an enlarged or reduced copy with the platen

Place and align the original face down on the platen.
Follow the feed direction according to the dimensions of the original.

Select the 'Copy' mode

The 'Basic' section automatically opens.

Select '1-sided' in the 'Original' and 'Copy' function boxes.

Select 'No' in the 'Staple' function box.

Activate the 'Paper' section.
Make sure that the 'Paper input' card is open.

Select the required size and orientation in the 'Source' function box.
The selected size is displayed in the 'Paper' section.

[77] Select the paper size. The enlargement and reduction is not automatically adjusted

Activate the 'Basic' section.
Adjust the 'Enlargement or reduction'.
The 'Enlargement or reduction' is shown in the 'Basic' section.
Use the arrow keys or to select one of the preset values.

[78] Select the enlargement and reduction

Select the number of copies.

Press the start key .
