Note:
Some applications do not have the 'Properties' dialog box. In this
instance, the settings for your print job are available on the tabs of the 'Print'
dialog box.
Note:
The shared Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC printer drivers do not have the
'Show settings before printing' dialog box.
Note:
Several default print settings, in the shared printer driver, are stored on
a server. If you change those default print settings in the control panel,
conflicts between settings can occur. So, do not change the default settings in
the control panel in those circumstances.
Note:
If your Océ VarioPrint 2045-65 NC printer driver has the 'Show settings
before printing' dialog box, enable access to this dialog box.
Print to file
Your company can have a policy to prevent direct printing to the Océ
VarioPrint 2045-65 NC. In this instance you must select the 'Print to file' option
in the printer driver. Your print files are sent to a preset directory on a central
server. An operator in a central reproduction department can retrieve and print
your documents (see ‘
About the print files ’ on page 73 ).
