Cautions:

Use it only for a pet.

Do not use this device with a defective power cable or power point.

Do not make the fountain working without water. If the water level is too low, it may be dangerous to use the device.
Make sure to keep the water level above the minimum filling indicator and unplug the fountain if the water level falls below
this line.
•
Do not try to repair the pump engine on your own.
•
Do not leave the power cable in a zone where people pass, it could cause stumbling or accident.
•
Do not unplug by pulling on the power cable. To unplug, take the plug and not the cable.
•
Make sure the power cable is not stretched.
•
Do not leave this device without supervision and unplug it when it is not used.
•
Do not use it outdoor. IT IS EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED FOR INDOOR USE.
Power
The water fountain has to be plugged with the power cable supplied.
Maintenance
Wash and rinse the water fountain with a soft sponge and a non-abrasive detergent. Rinse copiously by making sure there
is no soap residue. Use a small brush to clean the residues inside the dome.
Warning: we recommend you to do it every 2 day to avoid the scale deposits. You then have to unplug the water pump and
remove the dome, then fill out the used water and reassemble the whole.
By cleaning it regularly, you extend its lifetime. Ideally, it is recommended to use bottled water.
The pump needs to be cleaned once a week. Remove the pump. Remove carefully the accumulated deposits or mineral by
using an old toothbrush or any similar product. You can clean the pump with white vinegar by leaving the vinegar inside for
a few seconds. Reassemble the water pump by respecting the steps above.
The fountain and your pet
It may happen that at the first use, your pet is suspicious towards this unusual object. Simply allow him to adapt at his own
pace. For some pets it may take a few days or more before they get used to it.
Your pet may prefer that the fountain is far from his meal place. In this case, try to plug it elsewhere: in the laundry,
bathroom or any other place of the kitchen.
You can add ice to the bowl to have iced, refreshing and tap water!
Repair
1. Check the following points if you cannot make the pump work:
•
Make sure the plug is in a power point.
•
If the pump is plugged but still does not work:
o
Check the circuit breaker or try another power point.
o
Remove the rubber pipe out of the pump while it is plugged. Wait for a few seconds, then insert again the
pipe in the pump.
o
Check the outside part of the pump and make sure there is no jamming.
o
Check the pipe is not twisted.
o
Install again the water pump in the fountain by paying great attention to the steps above.
2. Check the following points if the pump flow is not regular or if it gurgles:
•
Check the pump to make sure it is fully immersed into the water and the pipe is not curved or blocked.
3. Do as follows if you hear abnormal noise:
•
Make sure the water level is between the MIN and MAX filling lines.
•
Add water in the tank if needed.
4. Your pet does not drink to the fountain:
•
Most of the pets are immediately attracted by tap water, but they may need some time to adapt to the use of a new
water source. Take care your pet drinks fluids sufficiently.
Warning: do not make the water fountain work without water. If the level is too low, the pump may get damaged. Make sure
you keep the water level above the minimum filling line and unplug the fountain if the water level is below this line.
