CO : Position Error Counter Over Limit
Sets the threshold for the warning F1 (Excess position error).

Refer to “11.3.17. Excess Position Error: F1” for warning of excess position error.
The warning F1 occurs when the absolute value of position error counter is greater or equal to
the setting value of parameter CO (|Value of position error counter|

CP : Control Priority
Monitors the status of communication status of the fieldbus. This function is only available for
the EDC Driver Unit corresponding to CC-Link.
In case of the EDC Driver Unit corresponding to a fieldbus (compatible with CC-Link), the
parameter CP gives priority to a control input.

: When a CC-Link communication unit is operating normally. (CP0 in case
of abnormal communication unit or the Driver Unit that is non-compatible
with fieldbus.)
There are two types of the control inputs of the Driver Unit: connected to CN2 control
input/output connector and CC-Link communication. Effectiveness of these control inputs are
switched as follows.

When the fieldbus mode is specified, the inputs from the CC-Link communication are
effective. In case of the maintenance mode, the inputs form the connector CN2 are
effective.
◊
However, there are following exceptions.
• The input EMST (Emergency stop) is always effective for both ways: CN2
connector and CC-Link communication.
• The inputs of OTP/OTM (Hardware travel limit) and HLS (Home position
limit) are always effective from the CN2 connector.
The prompt used for the Handy Terminal or other communication terminals depends on the
parameter CP as shown below.
