8.8.1.2. Home Return Mode: OS5
The OS5 mode is to detect the rising edge of the input HLS (Home position limit).
Repeatability of the home position depends on the sensitivity of the limit sensor in this mode.

8.8.1.3. Home Return Mode: OS1
The OS1 mode is to detect the signal rising edge of input HLS (Home position limit).
Repeatability of the home position depends on the sensitivity of the limit sensor in this mode.

8.8.1.4. Home Return Mode: OS3
The OS3 mode is to return to the position at the neared phase Z signal after detection of the
signal rising edge of the input HLS.
The home position is set at the position of phase Z signal, thus assuring repeatability of home
position regardless of the sensitivity of the limit sensor.
