7.4. Analog Monitors
You may monitor the internal state of the Driver Unit by the outputs of MON1 and MON2
(Analog monitor) on the front panel.
The contents of the monitors are broadly classified into the following two categories.

Nine types of preset monitor
◊
Analog monitors corresponding to the digital monitors via the RS-232C monitor
command.
The contents of the monitors are specified by the parameters: the parameter MN (First analog
monitor) for the output MON1 (First analog monitor) and the parameter MX (Second analog
monitor) for the output MON2 (Second analog monitor).
Besides the contents of monitor, you may freely set the output data range and the offset value to
the monitored data.
