CAUTION : Please check in camera compatibility mode if NVR supports from the camera.
The following fields are available for configuring alarm inputs :
ALARM INPUT CHANNEL No. - numerals 1,2,3... allows to choose NVR alarm inputs, nu-
merals 1-NET, 2-NET,.... allows to choose alarm inputs from IP cameras.
ENABLE - this checkbox activates settings
TYPE - allows to choose alarm input type NO
–
normally open or NC - normally closed
PROCESS - allows to set the schedule for each alarm input, each week day and six time ranges
for a day
LINKAGE SET - Allows to set actions triggered by alarm
ALARM OUT - activates alarm out for desired time (only in NVR-3308 and NVR-3326)
LIKAGE RECORD - triggers recording for selected time (10
–
300 seconds) and channel
SNAPSHOT - saving captured jpg file into FTP server (function will be available in feature)
PTZ LINKAGE - invoke preset, tour or pattern for PTZ devices
TOUR - displays sequence of selected cameras after alarm
SEND EMAIL - sends Email after detecting alarm
SHOW MESSAGE --show message on video out display
BUZZER - activates NVR buzzer for selected time
To save the settings, select the APP button to save and exit the menu, press the OK button. To restore
the default settings, press the DEFAULT button. Pressing COPY allows you to copy the settings to the
other channels. To simulate the operation of the alarm, press the PREFERENCES START to end the
alarm simulations press PREFERENCES END button.
5.7.4. Alarm output
NVR-3408POE-H2 and NVR-3416 have 3 alarm outputs. Output alarm activating is available in
LINKAGE SET > ALARM OUT setting in motion alarm and abnormity alarm setup.
To set control for the alarm output press right mouse button on preview screen and choose ALARM
OUTPUT. By checking the appropriate boxes set output states. Settings fields are:
SCHEDULE - NVR controls the alarm outputs depending on the schedule settings
MANUAL - sets the alarm output in to short-circuit condition
STOP - sets the alarm outputs in the opening state
STATUS - monitors the alarm outputs OFF

output open, ON - output closed
ALL - sets the desired state for all outputs
When you change the output settings, click the APPLY button to apply your changes, or click OK. to
apply the changes and exit.
