5.3. Record configuration
Choose SCHEDULE icon from CONFIGURATION to configure record settings. It allows to config-
ure the following parameters :
RECORD MODE : Schedule - Recording is controlled by schedule
Manual - turns on recording manually on selected channels
Stop - turns off recording manually on selected channel
RECORD EXPIRATION TIME - Time at which the recordings will be erased. 0 means no
term of validity (data will be erased from the oldest recording).
RECORD PACKED TIME - The maximum recording time for recording file.
HDD FULL : Loop Covrage - Overwrites recordings from the earliest record
Stop - stops the recording after disk full
RECORD MODE : Schedule - Recording is controlled by schedule
CHANNEL - select channel for pre-record and redundancy settings
RECORD REUNDANCY - set the channel redundancy recording on drive set to redundancy
mode.
PRERECORD - sets the maximum recording time before the alarm event or motion detection.
Real available time of pre-alarm recording depends on number and size of recording streams
and NVR model. Available time can be calculated as follows
For example recording 8 x 4 Mb/s channels on NVR-3408POE gives 8 seconds of pre-alarm time for
camera.
