Chapter 8 - Understanding Waypoint/Route Navigation

To restart your course line from your present position, display

NAV LOG

 screen’s vessel mode (by pressing the

The 958 recalculates the course line to go from your present 
position directly to the next waypoint, and resets your 
cross-track error to zero.
