Procedure 3-8
Printing and exporting data
Use this procedure to print or export data from a controller in the Controller
List.
You can print or save to a file the following information:
• CSV controller data with a header for viewing in a spreadsheet tool
Note: Comma Separated Values (CSV) data is formatted to be read in a
spreadsheet environment.
• CSV controller data without a header
• readable controller data
• the INM vs Backup & Restore OPC list
• managed errors
The INM vs Backup & Restore OPC List is generated by INM software.
Refer to Figure 3-7, The Print & Export tab on page 3-25.
Requirements
Before you start, you must
• be at the Network Wide Backup & Restore window
• select the Print & Export tab

1 In the Data section, select one of
• CSV Controller Data with Header
• CSV Controller Data without Header
• Readable Controller Data
• INM vs Backup & Restore OPC List
• Managed Errors
2 In the Output To section, determine whether you want to print the data or save
it to a file.
