Front Axle
Before disconnecting lines or fittings, make sure to turn off the engine
and relieve all pressure. Before applying pressure to the system, make
sure all connections are tight and that lines, pipes and hoses are not
damaged.
Remove any attachment from mounting plate before loosening or
disconnecting any hydraulic lines.
Use adequate lifting, blocking, and/or jack stands to make sure grader is
safely supported.
Fluid under pressure can have sufficient force to penetrate the skin,
causing serious personal injury. always protect the skin and eyes from
escaping fluid under pressure.
If injured by escaping fluid, obtain medical assistance at once. Serious
infection or reaction can develop if medical treatment is not administered
immediately.
Ensure all lifting, blocking, and jacking devices are appropriately rated
for the weight being raised and/or supported. If using mold

function to raise front part of machine, lift machine until tires are raised
above ground, then use adequate blocking devices under drawbar and
front axle. Operate control lever to relieve any pressure in hydraulic lines
before disconnecting.

Lift and secure all heavy parts with a device with the appropriate
capacity. Make sure parts are supported by hooks or a hoist; use hooks if
necessary. Be careful with people around you.
Tap on steel parts with a soft steel hammer or tools not made of iron.
When installing or removing such parts, wear safety goggles with lateral
shields, resistant gloves, etc. to reduce risks.
