The machine has been adequately adjusted at our factory
before shipment. However, in case that it is necessary for
you to adjust in the field according to disassembly, mending
or replacement of parts, follow the below mentioned
manner.
5-1 Needle Setting (Fig.5)
Insert a new needle into needle bar as deep as it will go.
The concave part of needle should be faced to rear side of
stitching direction. Then, tighten the needle bar nut C
firmly to avoid loosening of needle.
Note: Please check the direction of the needle. If it is
not correct, the looper will strike against the
needle and may break it. Further, thread break or
damage to thread may also result.
5. Adjustment /調整
このミシンは、弊社で適正な調整をして出荷していますが、
部品交換などで調整が必要になりましたら、次の調整方法
を参照にして調整してください。
5-1 針の交換(Fig.5) 針の取付
針を取付ける時は、重要なことが二つあります。
a) 針のえぐり(針穴近くの凹んでいる部分)を袋の進行方向
に向けて取付けてください。
b) 針棒に針を差し込む時、針がつかえるまで一杯に差し込
んでください。その後、針棒ナット C でしっかり締め付けて
ください。
注)針棒を上下に動かして正しい針の向きを確認してくださ
い。針の向きを間違えると、ルーパーが針にあたり、針が
傷付いたり、曲がったりします。それは糸切れ・目飛びの
原因になります。新しい針と交換してください。
