The sewing machine is a self-lubricated machine. All oil has
been removed from the machine before shipment. Never fail
to fill oil in the oil reservoir when using it for the first time
or when it is not used for a long period of time.
The proper procedure is follows.
●
Remove the plug screw A, and fill oil until the indicator of
oil gauge B reaches the upper line. Use mineral oil of 22
to 32 cSt at 40℃.
Example: Tellus oil #32.

The contact surfaces may be dry. Oil them by hand.
Remove the cloth plate D, oil the moving parts. (Fig.4)

Run the machine by hand to check that it turns smoothly.
Run the machine for about 10 minutes at a low speed so
that the oil felts are sufficiently oiled. Oil the machine
again, and then proceed to the normal operation.

You can check oil splash through the window E when the
machine is running.
●
Check the oil level before starting the machine. Once
you oil, you need not oil again unless the oil level falls
below the lower line.
●
Replace oil after every 2,000 hours of operation.
To drain oil, remove the plug screw C.
4. Lubrication /給油
この製袋用ミシンは完全自動給油型ミシンですが、油を抜い
た状態で出荷しています。
初めて運転する時、また相当期間使用していないミシンを運
転する時は、必ず注油してから運転してください。
給油は次の通りに行ってください。

上蓋についているプラグ A を開け、オイルゲージ B の 2
本線の上のラインに届くまで注油してください。
注入する油は 40℃における動粘度 22cSt〜32cSt の鉱油
を使用してください。
(例)シェルテラスオイル#32

次に摺動部分のオイルが切れている恐れがありますか
ら、必ず手差しで注油してください。ベースカバーD をは
ずして、稼働部分に注油します。(Fig.4)

d)送リ上下カム組 K、ルーパー倒しカム組 J

ミシンを手で回して滑らかに回転することを確認した後、ミ
シンを 10 分間程度、低速で廻して、油を充分にオイルフ
ェルトにしみわたらせます。その後、再び注油してから運
転を始めてください。
●
ミシンの運転中にはオイル確認窓 E でオイルが飛散して
いる状況を確認できます。
●
運転前に必ずオイルレベルを確認してください。一度注
油しますと、オイルレベルが下のラインから下がらない限
り、注油の必要はありません。
●
油は、稼働時間 2000 時間で交換してください。
油を抜く時は、プラグ C をはずしてください。
