c) Distance between Looper and Needle (Fig.8)
The distance between the Looper poing and the Needle
center should be 4mm when the Looper moves backward
at the farthest right position. Loosen the Nuts A and B,
and turn the Joint Rod C until the required distance is
obtained. After the adjustment, tighten the Nuts A and B
holding the Joint Rod C and keeping the above proper
distance.
Note: Make sure that the front face of the Ball Joint, left
D is correctly vertical, and is not in contact with the Oil
Drip Plate E finally.
Please notice that the Nut A has left thread.
d) Clearance between Looper and Needle (Fig.8, 9)
Adjust the Looper so that the Looper point will lightly
touch the Needle concave as it passed behind the Needle
0-0.05mm. (Fig.9 ○

Loosen the Screw F and turn the Screw G as required.
Turning Screw G to the right will make the Looper go
away from you, and turning it to the left will make the
Looper get nearer to you. After the adjustment, tighten
the Screw F, and check the movement of the Looper
again. (Fig.8)
e) Needle Height
Adjust the height of the Needle Bar so that the Looper
point is 0.4mm above the Needle hole when the Looper
point reaches the left edge of the Needle. (Fig.7)
To adjust, move the Needle Bar B in the vertical
direction after loosening the Screw A of the Needle Bar
Connection. When the proper height is obtained, check
the position of the concave part of the Needle again, and
tighten the Screw A. (Fig8 of page 5)
f) Loop Guide Setting (Fig.9 ○

Mount the Loop Guide so that it will lightly contact the
front side of the Needle as the Looper moves forward.
5. Adjustment /調整
c) 針とルーパーの距離(Fig.8)
ルーパーが後退してもっと右側にきた時、ルーパーの先
端と針の中心までの距離は 4mm に調整してください。ル
ーパージョイントロッドのナット A、B を緩めてロッド C を回
して調整してください。
針とルーパーの間隔が小さい場合は、ロッドを手前に回し
て、逆に大きい場合は反対に回してください。
調整の後、ルーパージョイントロッドを動かさないようにし
て、ナット A、B を締め付けてください。
注）ナット A は左ネジです。回す方向に注意してください。
注）ボールジョイント左 D は垂直に固定して、調整後も油受
け E に触っていないか、確認してください。
d) 針とルーパーの間隔
ルーパーが前進して針の後ろを通過する時、針のえぐり
部とルーパーの間隔は 0〜0.05mm に調整してください。

ネジ F を緩めて、ストップネジ G を右に回すとルーパーは
奥の方へ、左に廻すと手前の方へ動きます。調整後ネジ
F を締めて、ルーパーの動きを確認してください。(Fig.8)
e) 針の高さ
ルーパーの先端が針の左側面にきた時、針穴の上面に
対して A 寸法が 0.4mm になるように、針棒の高さを調整し
てください。(Fig.7)
調整は、針棒抱キのネジ A を緩め、針棒 B を上下させて
調節してください。(5 ページ、Fig.8)
f) ループガイド(Fig.9 ○

ループガイドはルーパーの動きにそって左に動く時、針
の前でかすかに接触するように取り付けてください。
