Setting Parameters

[Parameter items and setting contents: block
settings]

1) Block count: 0 to 999999999

Factory setting: 0

This parameter shows the numbers of blocked lenses.

To clear the number of blocked lenses, press and hold the Block count display and select
the Yes button when the “Clear the block counter. OK?” message is displayed.

If the number of blocked lenses exceeds 999999999, the number is automatically cleared to 0.

2) Cup mode: Halfeye, Pliable, Pliable/Mini, Pliable/Nano

Factory setting: Pliable

Specify the lens cup to be used.

3) Minimum grinding H size: 15.0 to 30.0 mm

Factory setting: 22.0 mm

This parameter sets the minimum horizontal length of halfeye lenses that can be processed
by a lens edger.
Set any value from 15.0 to 30.0 mm (in increments of 0.1 mm) according to the lens edger.

4) Minimum grinding V size: 15.0 to 30.0 mm

Factory setting: 20.0 mm

This parameter sets the minimum vertical length of halfeye lenses that can be processed by
a lens edger.
Set any value from 15.0 to 30.0 mm (in increments of 0.1 mm) according to the lens edger.

Halfeye

The cup mark size can be changed with the Minimum grinding H size and
Minimum grinding V size parameters.

Pliable

The displayed cup mark does not change in size.

Each parameter setting of Minimum grinding H size and Minimum grinding V
size becomes disable.

Pliable/Mini

The cup mark changes automatically between Pliable cup and Mini cup
(or Nano cup) according to the lens layout setting.

Each parameter setting of Minimum grinding H size and Minimum grinding V
size becomes disable.
