BEFORE USE

Display

1

[Shape Imager screen]

■

For the Shape Imager function, place the demo lens or pattern on the lens table (for Shape Imager)

to measure (detect) the outline and hole position.

■

To display the Shape Imager screen, press the

tab on the Hole Editor screen.

Editor tab

Changes to the Hole Editor screen.

Measure button

Starts measuring the outline of demo lens or pattern and hole position.
(OK button) After completing the measurement, the Measure button changes to the OK button. Press the OK
button to fix the measurement result. The screen changes to the Hole Editor screen. Enter the hole data.

Cancel button

This button is displayed after completing the measurement. Press this button to cancel the measurement
result and retry measurement.

Demo lens (manual alignment) button

This button is pressed to manually align the lens marking or horizontal reference line on the lens to the scale
for detection.

Pattern detection button

Before measuring the pattern, press this button.

Demo lens (marking detection) button

When measuring the marked lens, press this button.
