Overshoots setpoint and continues to rise;

1. If injection light goes off at setpoint, problem is a
sticking solenoid valve: call Customer service
for directions.
2. If injection light stays on past setpoint, the
control system needs to be fixed.
3. Inlet pressure should not be more than 20 psi.
4. Debris in solenoid causing it to leak
continuously.
5. Solenoid failed while open.
6. Unit miswired.
7. Controller output failed or shorted.

sensor or interface failed.

sensor plugged by debris or condensation.
Rises very slowly 1. Restrictor partially plugged.
2. Filter partially plugged.

wires between the sensor and the liner are not
too tight, causing disconnection or intermittent
connection.
Display and Fyrite reading do not match 1. Calibration error: clear chamber for 12 hours
and confirm at "0"
2. Turn setpoint up and down to see if solenoid
works by feeling and listening to valve.
