2. After the Main Temperature display has restabilized and maintained setpoint for
several hours, check the actual temperature again. If it does not match the display,
repeat the calibration.
3. When the displayed and actual Main Temperatures match, check the door
temperature. If using a glass thermometer taped to the center of the door liner,
then the door must be opened and the thermometer read very quickly before it
drops due to the cooler room temperature. The door should be 1
°
to 1.5
°
C above
the Main temperature. If it is not, then adjust the door control knob slightly higher
or lower, and wait several hours before checking it again.
4. After the door and Main temperatures are set and adjusted, set the Temperature
Safety: turn the Temperature Safety knob counterclockwise until the HEATING
indicator goes out. Next, slowly turn the knob clockwise just until the indicator
light goes back on. Now turn the knob clockwise again, a small amount
(approximately ½ cm) above the point where the indicator went on. This should
set the temperature approximately 1
°
C above the Main temperature control
setpoint.

Supply System & Control System
The CO
2
system is rated for pressures between 5 to 40 psi. Never exceed 40 psi.
Prior to any attempt to hook up or run the CO
2
control system, the water jacket must
be filled ( see Section 5.2 ) and the temperature must be adjusted.
