8.4 Sterilization Phase Indication
Using the convenient at-a-glance diagram shown at the top of all major screens (
see
Figure 34 below
), the software will track each phase of the sterilization process for
you:

8.5 Aborting Sterilization
The sterilization process may be stopped or aborted at any time after the process has
been started by pressing the
Stop button in the STERILIZATION screen.
Upon aborting the sterlization sequence (or if there is a power failure), the unit will
proceed to the Cool A phase and eventually return to Growth once it has cooled down.

Heat A Phase
Heat B Phase
Sterilization Hold Phase
Cool A Phase
Cool B Phase
Growth Phase
Process Control is
indicated in black &
white. It indicates
that the device is
controlled by a
process loop, such as
Temperature.
Control is indicated in
red & white.
It indicates that
the device is
temperature-controlled.
Pulse is indicated in white & red. It indicates that
the device is turned on & off by a timer setting.
