In addition, the USB provides a plug & play feature, allowing the connection and disconnection of a
device while ShieldPRO is powered on.
Available USB devices include pointing devices, printers, digital cameras, mobile phones and other

After disconnecting a USB device from ShieldPRO, wait for three seconds or longer before the device is
connected again.
If the connector of a USB device is connected to ShieldPRO quickly or at an angle, ShieldPRO may not
be able to read signals properly to recognise it as an unknown device. If so, remove the connector from
the USB connector and reconnect it again.
Do not connect or remove a USB device to/from ShieldPRO in suspend (standby) state, transition to
suspend (standby) state, recovery from suspend (standby) state, hibernate state, transition to hibernate
state, or recovery from hibernate state.
If ShieldPRO connects with one or more USB devices, it may not be able to enter into suspend (standby)
