SVGA Monitor supports up to 1024 x 
768. Most monitors don't support 
resolutions above 640 x 480 (VGA 
monitors).

. Check that the utility is not selecting a 

refresh rate/resolution that is not 
supported by the monitor.

. Check that the driver used matches the 

capabilities of the built-in video controller 
and DRAM.
