Disabled

LBA Mode Control
This option specifies the IDE translation mode. LBA
causes Logical Block Addressing to be used in place of
Cylinders/Heads/Sectors. You can enable or disable this
option. This option cannot be changed when “Auto” is
selected.

CAUTION

Do not change the translation mode setting from
the option selected when the hard drive was
formatted. Changing the option after formatting
could result in corrupted data!

Transfer Mode
This option specifies the method for transferring data
between the hard drive and system memory. This option
cannot be changed when “Auto” is selected. The options
include:


