When prompted to create an Emergency Repair disk, insert a diskette into drive
A and click on “Yes.” To continue without creating an Emergency Repair disk,
click on “No.”

Remove the Windows NT CD and any diskette from drive A. Click on the
“Restart Computer” button to restart your computer.
NOTE:
Windows NT will take a minute or two
to reboot. Wait till the Welcome Window
appears and login.
This completes the installation of the Windows NT operating system. Use the following
procedure to install the video, Sound Blaster, and MPEG drivers.
Matrox Video Driver Installation
After you have installed Windows NT, install the Matrox video drivers as follows.
1.
From the Windows NT Main group window, double click on the “Control
Panel.”
2.
In the Control Panel window, double click on the “Display” icon.
3.
In the Display Setting window, click on the “Change Display Type” button.
4.
In the Display Type window, click on the “Change” button.
5.
In the Select Device window, click on the “Other” button.
6.
Insert the Matrox MGA “MILLENNIUM WIN NT DRIVERS” diskette into
drive A.
7.
In the Install From Disk window, type
A:\
and click on “OK.”
8.
Select the “Matrox MGA Millennium 640 x 480, 256 colors” from the list and
click on the “Install” button.
9.
Click on “Yes” when asked to install the driver.
10.
Click on “Continue” at the prompt for the OEM driver file.
11.
A message appears when the driver is successfully installed, click on “OK” or
press
Enter
.
12.
Remove the diskette from drive A and follow the prompts to restart your
computer.
13.
After restarting and logging in, a message will be displayed asking you to select
your desired resolution, click “OK” or press
Enter.
