CALL PICKUP
You may answer a call ringing at another extension by dialling a code or pressing a programmed Pickup key to intercept the
call. Extensions may be programmed into pickup groups.
To pickup a ringing call

HANDSFREE†
Handsfree allows a key telephone user to process calls using the speaker and microphone in the telephone instead of the handset.
The system provides three variations of handsfree operation:
Full handsfree : a display key telephone user may make/answer calls by pressing the
SPK
key.
One-touch line access : the user can press a line key without first lifting the handset or pressing the
SPK
key.
Monitor : the user may place a call without lifting the handset but must lift the handset to speak (non-display telephone).
