This feature allows you to select whether to take a call or to transfer an incoming call to a preassigned destination (e.g. voice
mail or the operator) without answering. It requires a Redirect key to be programmed

To redirect a call
- Incoming call is ringing
- Do not lift the handset or press any CL keys
- Press the Redirect key

You will hear confirmation tone

CALL REDIRECT †

This feature allows an extension user to have two extensions that work as a single extension. An incoming call to either
extension number will ring both extensions and if either extension is busy, busy tone shall be heard. A key may be pro-
grammed as a general Tandem Ring key or as a specific Tandem Ring key to a specified extension number.
