MEET ME CONFERENCE†

This feature allows a key telephone user to invite others in the immediate area to join on an exchange line conference. The
system releases the privacy on an exchange line so that other users can simply press the specific exchange line key to join the
call. The key telephone must have a Meet Me Conference key programmed.

To set up privacy release
- Connect to an exchange line call
- Press the Meet Me Conference key
- Inform your colleagues in the area, without using the telephone system, of the call

To join the Meet Me Conference
- After being invited to join
Simply press the specific exchange line key for which privacy release has been set up
- You will join in on a voice call conference

To exit the Meet Me Conference
- Press the

HOLD

key so not to affect the other parties
