CONFERENCE
You may wish to set up a multi-party telephone conversation. The system allows either four or eight parties maximum per
conference, with up to two external parties or up to seven if on ISDN lines. A conference key may be programmed.
To set up a conference:-
Key telephone Single Line Telephone
- Connect to an internal or external call - Connect to an internal or external call
- Press the
HOLD
key - Press the Recall key and dial

- Dial the extension to be added or
- Dial the extension to be added access the external call
or access the external call - When the party answers press the Recall key twice

You may wish to place on hold all parties currently in a conference:-

- Remain - Remain
- To reconnect , press the
HOLD
key - To reconnect, press the Recall key
To withdraw from a conference simply go on hook. Other conferenced internal parties can continue to invite others to join.
