Our tips for charging
When the lithium polymer battery is fully charged, charging stops automatically to
prevent the battery from "overcharging". Even if the SaHoMa
®
-II control unit is
still connected to the SaHoMa
®
-II power cord and socket, no further charging
takes place.
To avoid a deep discharge we recommend to recharge the SaHoMa
®
-II control
unit meanwhile, if it is not used for a longer period of time.
Tips for long-life lithium polymer batteries:
Hold the lithium polymer battery in an optimal charge state between 30 %
and 70 %.
Do not recharge at a charge level above 70 %.
Fully recharge at a charge level below 30 %.
A complete discharge before each recharge is not necessary.
Do not use or charge the lithium polymer battery intensively in hot or cold
conditions; avoid extreme temperatures.
